As a mother of two, passionate birth advocate and keeper of all that is sacred in pregnancy, birth and postpartum it is my honour to offer my guidance and expertise in your journey into motherhood. It is my goal to facilitate surrender to the birth process, to empower you to let everything unfold as it should be. And most importantly, to remove any fear you have around giving birth and becoming parents.
I offer birthkeeper support as well as postpartum doula services in the Ottawa and Gatineau area.. I practice herbalism and homeopathy and am able to provide suggestions that will support your pregnancy and birth. It is incredibly important to have a strong connection, that is why I offer a free 30 minute in person or virtual session to see if we are the right fit. Other services I offer are:
