An empowered and sacred birth starts here

Hi, I am Brittany! I am a mother of two, passionate birth advocate and keeper of all that is sacred in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It is my honour to offer my support and wisdom to you as you walk the path to motherhood. I am dedicated to facilitating surrender to the birth process, empowering you to let everything unfold as it should, and fostering a profound trust in your body and baby. Rekindling this remembrance you have deep in your bones of who you are, and how you are called to show up. It is my life's honour to sit at the foot of women and devote myself completely to you and your birth.
If you are ready to take responsibility for your choices in birth, creating a birth experience that is rooted in your innate strength. If you yearn for a deeper, meaningful and sacred birth, to walk through this time in complete reverence of the magic unfolding within you. You want to be witnessed, held, and honored through pregnancy to postpartum. If you are ready to fully embody your pregnancy and birth with the support of an experienced doula you are in the right place.
I work with the earth and plants for healing and connection. Many herbs and tinctures are lovingly crafted by me to support your body in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. For women planning a home, birth center or hospital birth, I offer a mother centered approach. Together, we can create a sacred and supportive space in your birth space, where you feel safe, empowered, and reclaim your rite of passage.

I offer sacred ceremony and ritual support to honour your journey through pregnancy and postpartum. This may include a Mother Blessing Ceremony, Prenatal Manteada with the Mexican Rebozo, Cord Burning Ceremony, Placenta Ceremony, and a Closing Hips Menteada Postpartum Ceremony.
Words cannot even describe how helpful, informative and reassuring Brittany was during my entire pregnancy and postpartum experience. I was beyond nervous to attempt my VBAC after being told multiple frightening things from OB’s. Brittany is so well informed and guided me every step of the way. I was so lucky to have her support and guidance and I’m happy to say I got my VBAC! (A very pleasant one, at that!)
Thank you Brittany for easing my anxiety, for answering ALL of my millions of questions, and for helping me mentally during and after pregnancy. Beyond grateful for you! 🙏🏼
In birth, things rarely go as planned, and having Brittany on our team was the saving grace. She transformed a sterile hospital room into a peaceful space where I felt comfortable and supported. She was prepared, physically, mentally and emotionally to support me and my husband through the birth of our baby Brittany's knowledge helped us confidently advocate for our needs, and her pain management tools were invaluable during labour. Her guidance extended beyond birth, ensuring a smooth start to breastfeeding (no painful issues!) and even encapsulating my placenta. As a skilled photographer, she candidly captured our first precious moments beautifully. Brittany was the calm, capable presence we needed — thank you for everything!
Working with Brittany during the birth of my third baby, my sweet girl, was an absolutely lovely experience. Her calm, intuitive, and soft feminine presence was exactly what I needed during such a sacred time. She moved through the space with grace, offering support and guidance in a way that made me feel deeply empowered and cared for.
One of the most special moments was the beautiful cord-burning ceremony she facilitated. It was so meaningful, and perfectly aligned with the energy I wanted to bring into this birth.
On top of that, Brittany went above and beyond in every way. She encapsulated my placenta with such care and created a homemade body oil that I’ve absolutely treasured. She also took the most gorgeous photos during the experience, capturing moments I will cherish forever.
I cannot recommend her enough to any birthing family looking for a grounded, wise, and loving presence.
She truly honours the sacredness of birth.💛
Brittany was an exceptional doula, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best birth experience possible. She’s knowledgeable, organized, thoughtful, and tactful.
Before the birth, she provided two helpful consults and detailed documents covering everything from creating a birth plan to emergency coping strategies and electrolyte drink recipes.
On the big day, Brittany was fully present and prepared with supplies. When we transferred from a homebirth to a hospital (for reasons unrelated to her assistance), her advocacy made a huge difference. She helped us navigate the hospital setting, ensuring our wishes were respected and even sourced helpful supplies like a peanut ball and bed railing, which we would otherwise not known we could do. She also supported my husband in being actively involved, as he wanted.
Afterward, Brittany left thoughtful gifts to aid in our recovery. I was impressed by her attentiveness to the little details, which had a big impact.
We had been hesitating on the photography package and are ultimately so glad we opted to include it. I am grateful to have such artful photos of our child's birth to look back on. I had wondered whether taking pictures might distract her or us but she took them like a ninja, while remaining fully present, and I barely noticed the camera was there.
Her genuine care for women and babies makes her an invaluable asset for any birth.
Brittany was warm, comforting, and reassuring. She came into our home for prenatal classes, and it felt like having a sister in the room. We also hired her to take our pregnancy photos. The photos themselves were beautiful, but even more valuable was the way that experience allowed us to connect with her in a vulnerable, intimate way. It made me feel deeply comfortable with her—something that proved invaluable when it came time for labor.
As my due date passed and induction talks began, Brittany was in touch daily, helping me walk through my options and offering ways to prepare. Thankfully, induction was avoided. When labor finally began, I was thrown a curveball I hadn’t prepared for: contractions lasting much longer than I’d read or expected. Brittany immediately recognized what was likely happening and adjusted her support to meet my needs.
Throughout the long night, she came prepared with tools, techniques, and endless calm. She soothed me when I needed grounding, offered comfort when the pain felt overwhelming, and just as importantly, supported my partner. He was so grateful for her presence and for the breaks she gave him when he needed to step back.
In the days and weeks postpartum, Brittany continued to check in—always seeming to reach out at just the right moment, offering reassurance and answers to my questions. Even now, months later, she remains a nurturing, encouraging voice and, unexpectedly, a true friend.
Brittany’s presence was invaluable to our birth story, and I am endlessly grateful we found her.
Brittany was the most incredible support for my HBAC (home birth after C-section). She supported all of my choices and reminded me of them during the process. Just her presence was incredible. Her insights and wisdom during pregnancy and when I was preparing for the birth was irreplicable. I honestly couldn't have done it without her!
Her support also made it so that my family and I could 'just" focus on the birth and not all the other things around it.
She also takes the most beautiful pictures of the birth and newborn stage which we will enjoy looking at forever. To add to all of this she is a wonderful herbalist and has such a great touch for making nourishing teas and healing herbal products.
